I had an amazing time at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. The serene environment and breathtaking views left me in awe. The cypress trees up the slope of the property entrance added a lovely touch. The breakfast, although basic, had a delightful Italian charm that I couldn't resist. The restaurant, Il Cavaliere, offered a fantastic buffet meal with a variety of quality dishes. The service throughout my stay was discreet and efficient. The activities like cooking classes and wine-tasting added to the overall experience. If you appreciate the warm and enchanting ambiance of Tuscany and want to sleep in a castle, this place is a must-visit. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Castello Di Gabbiano is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay super special. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room with a traditional charm and had access to free wi-fi. The property is surrounded by stunning vineyards, offering jaw-dropping views from every angle. The pool area, with its recent upgrades, was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals cooked with love and ambition, and the staff there was incredibly friendly. We also had the opportunity to participate in a wine tour, where the staff provided us with detailed information about their incredible wines. We even enjoyed a picnic lunch in the garden, catered by the accommodating staff. The breakfast spread was just right, with crisp freshly baked bread and a variety of tasty options. The additional amenities, such as a leisure/TV room, laundry services, and paid airport shuttle, made our stay convenient and stress-free. The views from this countryside retreat were absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the panoramic sights were truly picturesque. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to various cities and villages in Tuscany for exploration. Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere and large pool area provided the perfect setting for relaxation.
The initial welcome we received at the hotel was a bit disappointing compared to our previous experiences in Tuscany. The room we were assigned lacked the romantic ambiance we were expecting, and the limited amenities such as no TV or coffee/tea facilities were a letdown.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The views from the pool area were breath-taking. Additionally, the staff were friendly and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The temperature of the pool, it was quite cold and would have been more enjoyable if it was heated. Another issue was the limited dining options nearby, as there were no other restaurants within walking distance.
